SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UAE SHIPPING

We ship across the United Arab Emirates with Next Business Day Delivery.

Orders are delivered on the next business day following dispatch.

For pre-order items, the estimated dispatch timeframe stated on the product page applies first. Once the order has been dispatched, Next Business Day Delivery applies.

Delivery may be affected by public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

GCC SHIPPING

We currently ship to:

Bahrain
Kuwait
Oman
Qatar
Saudi Arabia

GCC delivery is currently charged at AED 50 per order.

Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed or communicated where available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available to selected destinations.

Available destinations, shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Selected SABIBI products may be available for pre-order.

The estimated dispatch timeframe for each pre-order will be clearly stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Dispatch timeframes may vary between pre-order releases. Some products may be available for dispatch within a few days, while others may require several weeks.

If there is a significant change to the estimated dispatch timeframe provided at the time of purchase, affected customers will be notified by email.

Once a pre-order item has been dispatched, the standard delivery timeframe for the selected shipping method will apply.

ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDER & IN-STOCK ITEMS

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the order may be dispatched together once all items are available or may be dispatched separately.

Where applicable, relevant dispatch information will be communicated to the customer.

SHIPPING FEES

Applicable shipping fees are shown at checkout before your order is completed.

Any free or promotional shipping offers will be subject to the conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not included at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon or before delivery.

SABIBI is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures outside our reasonable control.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses, phone numbers and contact information when placing an order.

If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery to fail or requires an order to be resent, additional shipping charges may apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available for the selected delivery service.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if you experience another issue with your delivery, please contact us at sabibiae@gmail.com so we can assist with the courier.
