This website is operated by SABIBI. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SABIBI.
By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any other policies referenced on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction to place an order through our website.
You may not use our website, services or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, materials, imagery and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.
Due to the nature of fabrics and garment production, minor variations may occur between products.
Product availability is subject to change.
PRICING
Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, displayed prices include UAE VAT.
Shipping charges, and any other applicable charges, will be shown at checkout before the order is completed.
We may change product prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted by SABIBI.
If a product is displayed with an incorrect price or information due to an obvious technical or administrative error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel and refund an affected order.
ORDERS
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, incorrect information has been provided, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact, billing and delivery information is accurate when placing an order.
PRE-ORDERS
Selected products may be available for pre-order before their scheduled dispatch date.
The estimated dispatch timeframe for each pre-order will be stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. Dispatch timeframes may vary between releases and may range from a few days to several weeks.
Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may occasionally change due to production, logistics or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant change to the estimated dispatch timeframe, we will contact affected customers using the information provided with their order.
Once a pre-order item has been dispatched, the standard delivery timeframe for the selected shipping method applies.
Returns and exchanges for pre-order items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
WAITLISTS & EARLY ACCESS
Joining a SABIBI waitlist, mailing list or community does not constitute an order and does not guarantee product availability.
Where early access is offered, products remain subject to availability and may sell out before general release.
PAYMENTS
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. SABIBI does not directly store complete debit or credit card details.
An order may be cancelled if payment cannot be successfully authorized or processed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery information are displayed on our website or during checkout where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees depending on the destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy for further information.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on our website.
